Main Pavilion- Kiwanis Recreation Park Pavilions are full-day rentals between the hours of 9:00AM and 8:00PM. Rental dates are not secured until full payment is made to the City of Painesville. Pavilions are available to rent from April 1st-October 1st Pavilion Rentals are non-refundable I have read and received a copy of the rules and regulations in relation to the City of Painesville's facilities. I agree to take full responsibility for the facility during the time of the rental. I assume all risks and hazards that may result during the above activity and release the City of Painesville from responsibility
